The chief goals the Organisation pursues are the following:

• Improve business dealings with the Maritime and Port Authorities by enlarging the scope of the collaboration and offering increasingly greater technical support with special attention to the particular requirements of the moment.
• Increase client satisfaction by paying attention to their requirements whilst conforming to the strict practices of the profession and   respecting local, national and international regulations in force.
• Improve the carrying out of the services offered complying with safety measures for the operators and respecting the environment.
• Guarantee that the Studio's services are in conformity with the cogent regulations.
• Increase visibility towards Authorities, Organisations and Companies that operate within the area of the port.
• Develop the organisational structure of the business to make the handling of activities and services more effective.
• Ensure that the personnel possesses the necessary competence through regular training and updating programmes.

In order to achieve these aims, the Directors are committed to:

• Maximising the exchange of information among the various persons within the system who contribute to the carrying out phases of the services to guarantee uniformity and correspondence with technical regulations whilst paying attention to the requirements of the client.
• Providing the necessary economical, technical and professional resources.
• Putting into effect a constant training programme for the personnel to guarantee the necessary competency to ensure constant improvement within the organisation.

By   achieving these goals, the Studio will implement an organisation that is already operative 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, and that is fully focused on the demands of the Port System i.e. which represents   the conglomerate of activities run by the numerous businesses in the port area and under the auspices of the relevant Authorities.

The constant improvement of the technical level and of the efficacy of the system is aimed at satisfying the demands and expectations of the Authorities, first and foremost, and of the clients. The fulfillment of the demands and expectations relating to the activities requested of us is the desired goal.
